Position Requirements:

Develop channel expansion plans according to product market positioning, participate in the formulation of commercial policies, negotiate with medium to large chain maternal and infant stores (KA), create product promotion plans, and achieve regional terminal coverage and sales targets with provincial managers. 3、Handle key customer business liaisons for maternal and infant products, establish customer information file management, and maintain key customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans.

4、Supervise the development and sales promotion activities of provincial area KA managers and promotional representatives, and assist the regional sales team in achieving market coverage and sales targets for maternal and infant line products.

Position Requirements:

1、Bachelor’s degree or above in medicine, biology, marketing, or related fields.

2、At least 5 years of sales experience in the maternal and infant industry or FMCG industry, including over 2 years in a management position.

3、Experience in distributor development and management, as well as negotiation and communication skills in KA systems; candidates with experience in developing KA channels including malls and high-end supermarkets are preferred.

4、Team management ability, strong goal orientation, good customer development skills, effective communication, and execution skills.

5、Strong market acuity, stress tolerance, a love for challenges, responsibility, endurance, and willingness to travel frequently.

6、Proficiency in using office software.

Preferred Qualifications:
